Discovery Box Pilot – Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
This is a one-time purchase of €78 for three Discovery Boxes, delivered in June, September and January.
2. Can I cancel or return the Discovery Box after purchase?
Cancellation or returning the Discovery Box is not possible after purchase. However, if you need help with your order, our Customer Relations team will be happy to assist you.
3. Can I change my delivery address before the next box is sent?
If your address changes, please contact our Customer Relations team as soon as possible. They will check whether your delivery address can still be updated before the next shipment.
4. What products will be inside the boxes?
Each box contains a curated mix of Rituals favourites, new launches and exclusive discoveries. The selection is thoughtfully created by Rituals and is the same for all Discovery Box members, with the exact contents kept as a surprise until your box arrives.
5. The box is sold out, can I still buy it?
Because this is a pilot, it is not possible to buy the box anymore due to limited stock. Keep an eye out on our newsletter to be the first to be informed when a comparable product is launched in the future.
